The Corridor · San José del Cabo
Cabo Real Golf Club
The desert corridor's most complete layout.
The Course
Cabo Real Golf Club is the work of Robert Trent Jones II — one of the most respected names in course architecture — and it shows in every detail. The layout moves through the heart of The Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, using the natural desert terrain to create a series of multi-tiered fairways and challenging approaches. Mountain views to the west and fleeting glimpses of the Sea of Cortez to the east frame a round that captures the classic desert-meets-ocean aesthetic Los Cabos is known for.

What Makes It Legendary
Signature Features
Multi-Tiered Fairways
Jones II used the natural elevation changes of the Corridor terrain to create dramatic uphill and downhill fairways that reward precise tee shots and punish lateral misses.
Desert Canyon Design
Deep natural arroyos cross multiple fairways, requiring accurate carries and adding a genuine risk-reward element to approach shots throughout the round.
Desert-Meets-Ocean Aesthetic
The course captures the signature landscape duality of Los Cabos — towering cactus and volcanic rock on one side, Sea of Cortez glimpses on the other.
Accessible Championship Test
Cabo Real strikes a balance rare in Los Cabos — a genuine championship test that remains accessible and enjoyable for mid-handicap golfers without losing its teeth.
