The Venue
Nine stories up, 360 degrees of Cabo —
pool by day, sky lounge by night.
The Rooftop 360 holds the title of Cabo San Lucas's highest rooftop bar, perched nine stories above Médano Beach at the Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa. The panorama is unobstructed in every direction — Sea of Cortez, the marina, the city skyline, and the Pacific horizon — framed by open-air handcrafted pergolas, glass barriers, and twinkle lighting that makes the space one of the most photographed locations in Los Cabos. The infinity-edge pools anchor the daytime atmosphere from 9 AM; after 5 PM, the venue transitions to an adults-only nightlife scene with a dress code shift and DJ-driven programming that runs until 2 AM on weekends.
The golden-hour sunset toast has become something of a ritual here — the elevation and western exposure turn the nightly sunset into a genuine event, and the venue's reputation for it is strong enough that prime railing positions fill up 45 minutes before the sun hits the horizon. Resident and guest DJs spin deep house and open-format sets while live violinists and other instrumentalists perform alongside the music, a detail that tilts the room toward upscale sky lounge rather than traditional club. This is the mature alternative to the strip's high-energy mega-clubs — a place to be seen, drink well, and dance under the stars above the Sea of Cortez.
What Are the Views Like at Rooftop 360 in Cabo?
Rooftop 360 is nine stories above Médano Beach inside Corazón Cabo Resort — the best 360-degree panorama in downtown Cabo, taking in the Sea of Cortez, El Arco, the marina, and the city below. It's accessible to non-hotel guests and open from 9 AM through midnight.
The Experience
Views, pools, DJs, and the city's best sunset — what defines this place
Highest Rooftop Bar in Cabo San Lucas
Nine stories above Médano Beach, the 360-degree panorama takes in the full Sea of Cortez, the marina, the city skyline, and the Arch. Open-air handcrafted pergolas, glass barriers, and twinkle lighting frame every angle. This is the most photographed rooftop in Los Cabos.
Cabo's Premier Sunset Toast
The Rooftop 360 holds the title of Cabo's go-to destination for a golden-hour sunset ceremony — the western exposure, the elevation, and the 360-degree horizon combine to produce a sunset experience that gets the city talking nightly. Arrive 45 minutes early for prime railing positions.
Infinity Edge Pool Lounge by Day
From opening until 5 PM, the rooftop operates as a luxury infinity-edge pool lounge. The pool deck centers the daytime experience — Baja sun, Sea of Cortez horizon, cocktail service, and city views without the nightlife intensity. Swimwear is welcome until the transition.
Resident DJs & Live Instrumentalists
Evenings are programmed with resident and guest DJs spinning deep house and open-format sets. The venue regularly features live violinists and other instrumentalists performing in tandem with the DJ — a detail that sets the tone as refined entertainment rather than conventional club.
Upscale Sky Lounge — Not a Mega-Club
The Rooftop 360 occupies the opposite end of the Cabo nightlife spectrum from El Squid Roe. This is a space designed for sophisticated socializing — craft cocktails, dancing under the stars, premium views, and a crowd that has dressed for the occasion. No table-dancing culture here.
Resort Chic After 5 PM
Shorts are technically allowed, but the evening crowd arrives in stylish evening wear and cocktail attire. Athletic wear, tank tops, and beach sandals after the pool-to-nightlife transition are turned away. Plan to change before the sunset toast.
Before You Go
Reservations, dress code & timing the sunset
Reservations through Corazón Cabo are strongly recommended for prime sunset seating and DJ lounge tables on Thursday through Saturday evenings. Walk-ins are accepted during daytime pool hours and on slower weeknight evenings, but waiting at the elevator for a sunset table is a gamble on the busiest nights. Cocktails and Baja-inspired small bites are priced at a premium reflecting the luxury resort setting — expect to spend accordingly.
The 5 PM transition from pool lounge to nightlife is enforced with dress code: swimwear, tank tops, athletic wear, and beach sandals are turned away. Most guests staying at Corazón Cabo simply return to their rooms to change before heading back up for sunset. If you're visiting from off-property, bring a change of clothes or plan your resort chic from arrival.
